Q. Does my repair come with any kind of warranty?
A. Yes! All of our repairs come with a 180-day warranty, but this doesn’t include water damage.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Monday – Friday we are open from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., closed Sunday.
Q. How long does it take to repair my phone when I use the mail-in service?
A. As long as the parts are in stock, the repair time should be no longer than 48 hours.
Q. Does the work you perform on my phone void the warranty on my device?
A. Your warranty becomes void when your device becomes damaged.
Q. What happens if my device is left with CPR® for an extensive amount of time?
A. CPR® will gladly hold your device for 30 days, after that CPR® will assume you don’t plan on coming to get it and we will recycle your electronic device.
Q. Can you fix devices that have water damage?
A. CPR® has an 85% success rate in repairing gadgets damaged by liquid in any way.
Q. Will I lose my data be during your repair?
A. No, CPR® does not do anything that will lose your data. Sometimes when your device is damaged, data can be lost on your device.
Q. Are you capable of backing up my data on my phone?
A. Yes! CPR® is happy to offer a complete service for efficient data backup!
Q. Can I extend your 180 day warranty for a any longer periods of time?
A. Absolutely! CPR® offers the option to extend your warranty for up to one year.
Q. Do I pay for my repair before or after the repair is complete?
A. Since all repairs are treated differently, payment must be made after the repair is finished.
Q. What does the estimated price include?
A. All prices include both parts and labor.
Q. How much will shipping be on my mail-in order?
A. Customers can pick the shipping method that best suits their needs. Customers can pick standard shipping to save money or express shipping to get their item back to them as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if I decide I don’t want my phone repaired?
A. If you decide you no longer wish to have your phone repaired, a $15 fee will be charged. If you decide to donate your device for recycling, the $15 fee will be waived.
Q. If I already have a part needed for the repair, can you use it?
A. We can absolutely use a part that you already own. We will charge an installation fee for this. We are unable to provide warranties for these kinds of repairs.
Q. I dropped my phone in the toilet, what do I do?
A. You must take the battery out of the phone immediately! Then, give us the phone and we’ll happily take it from there!
